El Galeon Andalucia
El Galeon Andalucia (refered to as in Spain) is a 170 foot, 495 ton, authentic wooden replica of a galleon that was part of Spain’s West Indies fleet. With information about 16th century European sailing techniques and technology, as well as important Florida history exhibits, El Galeón will tell the 500 year story since the arrival of Juan Ponce de León on the eastern shore of Florida. St. Augustine has been named El Galeón's home American port for the foreseeable future.

Captain Rosario Fernandez Rodriguez
From the Arcos de la Frontera, Cadiz
Rosario has a Degree in Geography and History of Art. After the title of Commercial Master will sack up to 1500 Gt. After working on several ships, she served as captain of the Nao Victoria (returned to Spain) and is now the captain of the Galleon as she tours the US.
Rosario enjoys surfing, going to the mountains, traveling, listening to classic rock and flamenco, and hanging out with friends.
Miguel Talegon Zaera
Miguel is a journalist and Boatswain of the Galeon, chronicalling her journeys and experiences as she tours the world and the US.
Migues enjoys studying history, sailing, reading, classical music and hiking in the mountains.
Fernando Viota Pecharroman
Fernando has a Bachelor of Business Management and Research Marketing. He has worked in multinational markets and the hotel industry. Fernando is the ship's Steward.
Fernando enjoys cooking, snowboarding, beach, music and hanging out with friends.
Alejandro Rodriguez Rosado
Ale is a technician in Surveying and Nautical grade. On board the Galeon he is the Student Bridge
Ale's hobbies include biking and hiking.

Angel specialized in naval machinery and ship maintenance. Previous studies include firefighting, naval mechanics and marine machinary.
Angel enjoys motorcycling, snowboarding and mountain biking.
Cristina Lopez Rodriguez
Cristina has studied drama, has worked in theater as an instructor of leisure and recreation, has been a sailing instructor, and helped people with disabilities. On board the Galeon she is a cook and marine deck.
Her hobbies include climbing, music and movies.
David Garcia Gallardo
from Frontera, Sevilla
David has studied at the School of Hospitality C�rdoba. Achieving a degree in hospitality, David then worked at Air Base Mor�n de la Frontera.
David's hobbies include hiking and biking.
David is a biologist, specializing in Neurobiology, and has a Master in Biochemistry.
His hobbies include science and sports, hiking and sailing.
Francesc Villalta Torrent
Francesc has a bachelor in shipping, and is a student board bridge aboard the Galeon. �
Hobbies include sailing, tennis, traveling and reading.

Jesus Fuentes Robles
Jesus holds a Bachelor of Tourism and has worked in hotels in Seville. He is a deckhand aboard the Galeon. �

Juan Miguel Munoz
Juan is a nautical engineering graduate. He is a student bridge aboard the Galeon.
Juan enjoys surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking and salsa music.
Juan hold a Bachelor's degree in technology and Naval Navigation. He is a sailing Instructor, participates in Buoy Races, is a Marinero de Yate, and Patron Pequena Golondrina. �
His hobbies include candle light cruising, Aeromodelismo and model making, fishing, hiking and cycling.
Luis Palmer Sureda
from Mallorca, Islas Baleares
Luis has worked at sea for over 16 years as a Naval mechanic. He is currently the chief engineer aboard the Galeon.
His hobbies include horse riding, hunting and diving.
